This is the final set of five labels I’ve picked out as ‘ones to watch’ at Paris Fashion Week SS2024 – Paula Canova del Vas, Sacai, XULY.Bët, Avellano, and Meryll Rogge, who are all showing during the last two days of Paris Fashion Week. Below are images from some of their previous runway shows or presentations, along with information about the labels and the designers behind them, and some shopping ideas too. To see the previous sets for Paris Fashion Week, here’s set 1, set 2, and set 3.
And of course there were sets for the other major cities too – New York Fashion Week, London Fashion Week, and Milan Fashion Week.

XULY.Bët, meaning “keep your eyes open” in Wolof (a West African language mainly spoken in Senegal, Gambia and southern Mauritania), was established in 1991 by Lamine Kouyaté, who moved from Mali to Paris around 1982. Kouyaté was studying architecture in Strasbourg when he fell in love with Parisian fashion and moved there to begin work as a clothes designer. His work is known for recyling, reshaping, and transforming garments into something new.[3] Images are from Vogue Runway.

Arthur Avellano launched his label after graduating from the Ecole Supérieure des Beaux-Arts de Toulouse and gaining experience in a number of artistic collectives. Having developed a hybrid latex that is close to leather, his pieces have been worn by celebrities including Rosalía, Doja Kat and Kim Kardashian. Garments are made to order for each client.[4] Images are from WWD.
