Street style trends at Copenhagen Fashion Week always have their finger on the pulse, with the below looks featuring plenty of tactile elements seen on the latest runways – pleats and fringing, texture, and plenty of denim. Guests at Copenhagen Spring 2025 wore outfits featuring pleated skirts in midi and mini lengths, with minis layered over trousers in true Y2K fashion. The instantly recognizable pleated skirts from Chopova Lowena were also popular.
Fringing came in all forms: Americana with an Old West feel, chunky wool, crystals, or extra long and layered over jeans. Texture included gathered fabric, brightly coloured flowers, padded sections, spiked fabric and sequins, with looks ranging from the ultra feminine to the aggressive and harsh. As for denim, jeans are wide leg or barrel leg, often distressed and with cut outs. Jorts, dresses, shirts and jackets also feature.
