Astrid Andersen’s STEL Spring 2026 collection isn’t here for your precious “special occasion” wardrobe – it’s here for real life. The kind where your day blurs from inbox to Aperol without a costume change, and “movement” isn’t a euphemism for a yoga class. Collection 05 is the brand’s see-now, buy-now promise in full stride: tailored enough to look pulled-together, unrestrictive enough to live in.
Andersen mines her Scandinavian roots – that sweet spot where design is thoughtful, lasting, and quietly confident – and brings it into the now. The khaki flight jacket gets a slick green nylon reboot (with matching trousers, if you dare). Pleated skirts flirt with houndstooth trousers, asymmetrical cardigans shrug off symmetry entirely, and tied shirting lets you sculpt your own silhouette.
Staged in a vast film studio, the show became a living, moving city grid – part Ed Ruscha, part Peter Funch, entirely STEL. Here, the audience wasn’t just watching; they were part of the street.
