Mark Thomas has been appointed the director of design at Carven, following the departure of Louise Trotter in January for Bottega Veneta. Thomas joined Carven in 2023 as senior designer and worked closely with Trotter to help revive the brand which is owned by Franco-Chinese fashion group ICCF Group (Icicle Carven China France).

The Fall 2025 collection will go ahead as planned according to Carven CEO Shawna Tao, though the company statement noted that the collection would be “concise and focused.”
