5,000 Instagram Followers Giveaway – Win a MM6 Maison Margiela Japanese Tote Bag

When?

The giveaway starts on 4th July 2023 at 12:00 CET and will end on 26th July at 12:00 CET. The winner will be drawn on the 27th July 2023. As soon as the winner answers a private message to confirm, they will be announced as the winner on the @thefashion.fold Instagram page, and on this website. The winner has 48 hours to answer the private message; if they do not answer in this time frame, a new winner will be selected and sent a message with a new 48 hour time frame to answer.

Who can take part?

Entrants must be age 18 or over, and can be resident anywhere, as I will cover the cost of shipping the bag. Please note that if you live outside of the European Union you may need to pay customs or tax for the bag when it is shipped to you. I am not responsible for any of these costs. If you would like to calculate these costs before taking part, the bag has the value of €160. DO NOT TAKE PART IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING OR ABLE TO HANDLE ANY CUSTOMS OR TAX PAYMENTS UPON RECEIPT OF THE BAG. AS A GUIDE, IF THE TAX IS 20%, YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO PAY THE EQUIVALENT OF €32. My friends and family can’t take part – sorry!

Can I get any extra entries?

Yes! You can get extra entries by doing the following:

1. Look out for stories that will allow you to vote in polls, and depending on your answer you can gain extra entries. THESE EXTRA ENTRIES WILL ONLY COUNT IF YOU ARE FOLLOWING @THEFASHION.FOLD.

2. One extra entry if you share the giveaway post on your story. ONLY ONE STORY SHARE PER DAY WILL COUNT; THE STORY MUST MENTION @THEFASHION.FOLD; THE EXTRA ENTRY WILL ONLY COUNT IF YOU ARE FOLLOWING @THEFASHION.FOLD

2. One extra entry (for you only) for each additional friend that you tag in the comments on the giveaway post. ONE EXTRA ENTRY PER UNIQUE FRIEND THAT YOU TAG. TAGGING THE SAME PERSON MULTIPLE TIMES WILL ONLY COUNT AS ONE ENTRY.

Tell me more about the bag!

The bag is a black mesh Japanese tote bag by MM6 Maison Margiela. It is made of 100% Polyester, and the dimensions are: width 35cm x height 25cm x depth 4cm, with a 16cm strap.

How will you choose the winner?

A list of all account names will be kept, with each account name duplicated as many times as necessary to represent their number of entries. For example, if you have got 3 entries, your name will appear 3 times on the list. Each entry will be numbered, and one number will be drawn – this number will represent the winner.

If account “Hello123” has got 2 entries, account “Goodbye5” has got 1 entry, and account “Ohno!78” has got 3 entries, the list will look like this:

A random number from 1-6 is drawn to see who wins the bag.

And if my name is drawn?

If your name is drawn, I will contact you by direct message to let you know so that I can send you the bag. However, you must:

1. Be following @thefashion.fold
2. Have a like on a participating post
3. Have tagged 2x friends in a comment on a participating post
4. NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT ANSWER THE DIRECT MESSAGE WITHIN 48 HOURS, I WILL DRAW ANOTHER WINNER AND YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR PRIZE

This giveaway may be cancelled if necessary.

Winner accepts the bag as is, in the condition as provided by The Fashion Fold. The Fashion Fold has purchased the bag brand new and will send it to the winner in the same condition as it was received. The Fashion Fold cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur through the postal system or any other cause outside of the control of The Fashion Fold. The bag will be sent through fully tracked postage to ensure confirmation of delivery. A signature will be required when the bag is delivered, and this will be considered final confirmation of delivery. No claims for non-delivery may be made after signature for delivery is collected.

The prize cannot be exchanged for money or any other item.

The Fashion Fold’s decision for the winner of this giveaway is final.

The Fashion Fold is based in the European Union, and the bag will be shipped from within the European Union.
