Trending nail polish colours for winter 2023 include festive red and green, metallic silver and gold, dark shades of burgundy, blue and black, and paler shades like nude pink and white. The high-gloss glazed donut finish is still on-trend for winter 2023, but you could also go for a metallic finish to any nail polish colour of your choice, or a pearlescent or glittery finish as the festive season approaches.
