The E.L.V. Denim Fall 2025 collection was unveiled at London Fashion Week on February 20th, 2025. The pioneering British luxury brand is known for its commitment to sustainable fashion, and presented a collection titled The Journey which marked a significant milestone for the brand as it celebrates seven years of innovation in creating timeless, upcycled pieces. From its humble beginnings with a single pair of jeans in 2018, E.L.V. Denim has evolved into a full ready-to-wear line, now offering everything from shirting and tailoring to leather and evening wear.
I attended the immersive presentation that didn’t just showcase the clothing but also highlighted the sustainability of the brand. Racks of folded denim, washing machines and sewing machines were laid out across the space, and in one corner, two artisans were crocheting white fabric. I spoke with them and they explained to me that the fabric came from bed sheets that had been thinly cut. Beside them, I watched a demonstration of fabric pleating and spoke with the owner of the company who discussed the brands he had worked with. The presentation wasn’t just to present the Fall 2025 collection but also to show that sustainability is at the core of what E.L.V. Denim does, with all garments crafted from 100% upcycled materials. Other attendees including Freya Ridings – who I later spoke with at the Temperley London presentation – see below for more images from the presentation.
Fall 2025 is a testament to E.L.V. Denim’s unique approach, showcasing the brand’s transparent production process. From sourcing and grading to washing, cutting, and sewing, each piece tells the story of craftsmanship, fabric manipulation, and the transformative power of upcycling. Founder and designer Anna Foster, who has always believed in creating the best jeans in the world, proudly asserts that E.L.V. Denim is setting a new standard in high-end, sustainable fashion.
In partnership with 1 Hotel Mayfair, E.L.V. Denim has also created a stunning showpiece made entirely from upcycled bed linens – these are torn into strips which are then crocheted into garments. This collaboration highlights the brand’s commitment to sustainability and will be displayed both at the Fashion Week presentation and in the hotel’s lobby. The showpiece marks the beginning of a broader partnership between the brand and 1 Hotel Mayfair for Earth Month, further emphasizing their shared mission to champion sustainability in the fashion industry.
With this groundbreaking presentation, E.L.V. Denim is not just redefining denim but revolutionizing the entire fashion landscape, proving that luxury and sustainability can go hand in hand.
