Survey Terms & Conditions (The Fashion Fold, June 2025)

1. Eligibility
Open exclusively to email subscribers of The Fashion Fold newsletter.
To participate, you must sign up at this link and access the survey via the link provided in your welcome email.
All current subscribers were sent an email with a link to the survey on 1st June 2025.
You must be aged 18 or older.
Employees, family members, or close associates of The Fashion Fold are not eligible to win the prize.
2. Prize Draw Details
One respondent who provides an email address will be randomly selected to win a $50 gift card to BBBGem (international shipping available).
The email address of the winner must match an email address registered to receive The Fashion Fold’s email newsletters.
Adding your email is optional and only required if you wish to enter the prize draw.
The Fashion Fold will not share your data or any information with BBBGem or any third party.
BBBGem is not affiliated with or sponsoring this giveaway – only providing the prize.
The survey is advertised on Meta, who are not affiliated with the giveaway.
3. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted by email on 15th June 2025 and must respond within 48 hours.
If no response is received, another winner will be selected under the same terms.
Once confirmed, the winner will be publicly announced on this page using first name and first initial of their surname.
4. Data Protection & GDPR
All data collected is processed under GDPR regulations.
You have the right to access, amend, or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting The Fashion Fold at giveaway [at] thefashionfold [dot] com.
Data will only be used for internal analysis to improve The Fashion Fold’s offerings and will never be sold or shared.

No purchase is necessary.
Survey responses may be anonymised for reporting.
