Deadwood Spring 2026 takes us underground – literally – to the catacombs of Villa Copenhagen, where a living sandstorm swells and folds like a mirage. Sands of Icarus imagines the moment after we’ve flown too close to the sun and handed the controls to our own inventions. The result? A scorched-earth palette of sun-baked sand, olive drab, and terracotta, giving way to the cold glint of silica.
Textures rub against each other like mismatched travellers in a bunker: cracked hides, fraying canvas, airy mesh, even recycled aluminium. Everything is built from rescued waste and experimental newcomers like natural latex – because if the future is uncertain, at least the materials should be resilient.
As with Resort 2026 (considered part 1 of Spring 2026 – see the collection here) guest designer Salvatore Vignola is again on board, injecting a note of sensual lightness. When the storm hits, Deadwood suggests you don’t run. You dance.
